Samsung Awards outstanding Students
Ms Gloria Anampiu presents mobile phones to SRD beneficiaries Stella Wairimu Githaiga and Jacqueline Njeri Kamande

Two students from the Samsung Real Dreams program were awarded by Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. for their exceptional performance in their respective areas of specialization, during the recently held ACWICT graduation.

Stella Wairimu Githaiga’s strength was recognized for having outsmarted the rest by going beyond the surpassed pass mark for both genders in networking, while Jacqueline Njeri Kamande was singled out for her outstanding performance in the Business Process Outsourcing class. The two are pioneer students of the program.

At hand to present the awards was the Marketing Manager Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. East and Central Africa, Ms. Gloria Anampiu.

She congratulated the two and challenged them to not only keep up the spirit but also influence others with the skills they have acquired.

“Congratulations. Keep up the momentum and I hope you continue to influence and touch others with what you have managed to get from this program,” she said.

The two students were each given a Samsung mobile phone handset for their excellence.
